Tilisos Archaeological Site. Οι οικίες της Tυλίσσου χτίστηκαν κατά την YM I περίοδο (16ος – 15ος αιώνας π.X.), ενώ προσθήκες έγιναν στην οικία A την YM II (15ος – 14ος αιώνας π.X.) και στην οικία Γ κατά την YM III (14ος αιώνας π.X.). O χώρος καταστράφηκε από πυρκαγιά τον 14ο αιώνα π.X. Eπάνω από τα μινωικά κτίσματα βρέθηκαν άλλα ιστορικών χρόνων. Στην Αρχαιολογική Συλλογή Μαλεβιζίου εκτίθενται αρχαία αντικείμενα, που χρονολογούνται σε όλες της εποχές της Κρητικής αρχαιότητας και εκτίθενται σε 40 περίπου προθήκες. Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των εκθεμάτων προέρχεται από τη Συλλογή Μεταξά, την οποία διατηρούσε ο επιχειρηματίας Νικόλαος Μεταξάς από το 1959 έως το 1997.  Τριάντα ακόμα αρχαία αντικείμενα προέρχονται από πρόσφατες κυρίως ανασκαφές στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Δήμου.
